My preferred quantities for the French 75 are as follows:

1.5 oz/45 ml Gin (I like to use a gin high in Juniper (such as Tanqueray) for this one)

1 oz/30 ml Fresh Lemon Juice

1/2 oz/15 ml Sugar Syrup (2:1)

Top with Champagne

Shake the Gin, Lemon Juice ans Sugar Syrup in an ice filled shaker and strain into a chilled Champagne Flute. Top with Champagne.

Garnish with a cocktail cherry and twist of lemon zest.
