2 oz/60 ml Rye Whiskey
3/4 oz/20 ml Dry Vermouth
2 bar spoons/10 ml Amer Picon
2 bar spoons/10 ml Maraschino Liqueur
Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with sufficient ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with a cherry dropped into the drink.
