2 oz/60ml Dry Sherry
1 oz/30ml Italian Vermouth
Dash Orange Bitters

Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass or coup.
Garnish by spraying the oils of an orange zest disk over the drink and placing the zest into the drink with orange side facing up.
