This is my preferred recipe for the Jack Rose:

2 oz/60 ml Calvados

1 oz/30 ml Fresh Lime Juice

3/4 oz/20 ml home made Grenadine

Shake ingredients in ice filled shaker and strain into a cocktail glass.

Garnish with a thin wedge of lime, perched on the rim of the glass.
