2 oz/60 ml   White Peach Puree

Top up with Prosecco

Place the white peach puree in a chilled champagne flute and add a little Prosecco.

Stir the two together until the pure becomes “loose” and continue to top with Prosecco. Some like to garnish this drink with a couple slices of fresh peach perched on the rim of the flute, I however feel this drink should be served “naked”.
